1. Business Overview

Egunco.com specializes in selling a wide range of firearms-related products. We source all our products from reputable manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with applicable laws.

2. Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Warranties

We adhere to all manufacturer warranties provided with the products we sell. These warranties cover defects in materials and craftsmanship as specified by the manufacturer.

Lifetime Warranty

For an additional charge, Egunco.com offers a Lifetime Warranty on all firearms. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, as well as loss or theft of the firearm.

  • Coverage Includes:
    • Defects in materials and craftsmanship
    • Loss or theft of the firearm
  • Warranty Conditions:
    • No conditions void this warranty.
    • The Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty Claims:
    • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service at 859-340-4729 or [email protected].
    • Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
    • We may require the return of the firearm for inspection before processing the warranty claim.

Note: This Lifetime Warranty is offered in addition to any manufacturer warranties and does not replace or extend them unless explicitly stated.

3. Return and Refund Policy

Firearm Transfer Rules

Before completing an ATF Form 4473 and finalizing the transfer of any firearm, you must fully inspect the firearm and be prepared to take full and complete possession.

  • Once ATF Form 4473 is completed, the inspection period ends, and there will be no returns, credits, or refunds whatsoever.
  • By transferring the firearm, you are accepting the following:
    • Correct: The firearm you selected is the firearm you purchased.
    • Finish: The firearm’s finish matches the photos in the auction.
    • Function: All aspects of the firearm are working properly unless otherwise stated in the auction, including magazines, safeties, cylinders, etc.
  • If one or more of these items are not to your expectation, STOP! DO NOT PROCEED with ATF Form 4473 and contact us immediately.

There are no exceptions to these rules.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Eligible for Return: Only unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Firearms
    • Ammunition
    • Used apparel
    • Used firearm parts
    • Any other items explicitly stated as non-returnable

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.

Return Process

    • Do Not Ship Firearms: Firearms cannot be returned via mail. For warranty claims, please contact us for instructions.
    • Use a Traceable Shipping Method: Ensure your return is sent via a trackable carrier to guarantee receipt.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Returns made after the 30-day period.
  • Returns of non-returnable items listed above.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Order Processing and Cancellation

Order Processing

  • Immediate Payment Processing: All payments are processed immediately upon order placement.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    • Full Cancellations Only: Partial order cancellations are not permitted.
    • Procedure:

      2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • After Shipment:
    • Cannot Cancel: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
    • Return as Per Return Policy: You must follow the Return and Refund Policy for returns after shipment.

Financed Orders

  • Cancellation Restrictions: Orders financed through third-party services (if applicable) can only be canceled before any item in the order is shipped.
  • Full Order Cancellation Only: Partial cancellations are not permitted for financed orders.

5. Shipping Policies

Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Carriers Used: We ship via FedEx or UPS.
  • Shipping Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
    • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost (if applicable).

Shipping Costs

  • Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • No In-Store Pickup: We do not offer in-store pickup for any items.

Shipping Protection

  • Optional Protection: Available at checkout.
  • Coverage: Covers loss or damage during transit.
  • Claims: Must be filed within 7 days of scheduled delivery or 5 days after receiving notification of delivery without receipt.

Age Restrictions

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years old to purchase firearms or handgun ammunition and 18 years old for rifle ammunition.

Export Control

All items are subject to U.S. export laws and may only be shipped to the country of ultimate destination as specified during the order process.

Hazardous Materials

We comply with all regulations regarding the shipment of hazardous materials. Such items must be shipped to a physical address via a carrier like UPS or FedEx.

7. Taxation and Fees

Sales Tax

11. Legal Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Jurisdiction

By placing an order, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in Lexington County, South Carolina, for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order.

Venue Waiver

You waive any right to challenge the appropriateness of this jurisdiction and venue.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Egunco.com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or products.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Destination Control Statement

These items are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of to any other country or person without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.
