We process orders Monday thru Friday. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Generally if you order before 2pm Eastern we ship the same day, after that your order will be processed the next business day.
We do not list items that are not in stock either with our Distributor or that are located at our Kentucky warehouse. Items in the Green Box that say “In Stock Now” are available for immediate shipping from our Kentucky warehouse. These items usually ship the same day so long as they are not past the cutoff point of 2pm Eastern time. Hold ups may also occur for firearms that require FFL related paperwork. Items in the Red box that say “Ships From Warehouse” are items that our distributor has available but are not in stock at our Kentucky warehouse. These items usually ship with 24-72 Hours from our distributors. Most items that ship from our distributor will ship direct to your home. All firearms from our distributor will in most cases ship direct to your chosen FFL. Please be aware that not all firearms can ship direct to your FFL from our distributor. (see list below) They must be shipped to our warehouse first, then we turn them around and ship them to the FFL you selected for your order.
We are happy to sell to local customers in Kentucky. Egunco is not a traditional gun retailer and we do not have firearms, ammunition, or accessories out on display for shopping or browsing. We ask that you place your order online or over the phone with us before stopping by. If you want to look at a firearm, then please call us and we will pull the item for you so you can come by and look it over.

A "FFL" is a Federal Firearm License. FFL holders are commonly gun stores, pawn shops, and retail sporting goods stores. However, there are also many individuals that hold an FFL. All firearms sold to individuals online must be shipped to a local FFL holder who will then transfer the firearm (via ATF form 4473 and associated background check) to the individual.
Yes, it is a good idea to contact the FFL you want your firearm transferred to. Mainly to ensure they will accept the transfer. Some FFL’s do not accept transfers so it is a good idea to contact them ahead of buying a firearm from Egunco. Contacting the FFL you want to transfer to can avoid delays and shipping problems. We continually work to remove FFL’s from our data base that will not accept transfers.
Although the transfer fee varies widely among FFL holders nationwide, the average fee tends to be around $25 to $35. For their exact transfer fee, please contact your chosen FFL directly.
No, all firearms must be shipped to a verified FFL (Federal Firearm License) holder. The only exceptions are some black powder firearms, and then only to approved states.
Many new firearms are test fired at the factory. You may notice residual powder, rotation marks on revolver cylinders, residual cosmoline which sometimes appears to look like rust, etc. All firearms sold as "NIB (new in box) as received from the manufacturer or distributor and include new manufacturer’s warranty....no exceptions. Any used, factory refurbished, refurbished pre-owned, show guns, or guns in any other condition than new in box will be clearly marked as such on the website.

In most cases yes, however manufactures make changes to their products and do not always publish the latest pictures of their products. We do our best to correct and update pictures. If you are unsure about an item, please call us we are happy to answer any questions about a product we have in stock at our warehouse.
